1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawGo ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

ClawGo is an AI chatbot platform that allows users to create and deploy AI-powered chatbots on messaging platforms such as Telegram and Discord. Our service includes:

  • Shared AI bot (ClawBot) for free users
  • Dedicated AI bot creation and hosting
  • Multiple AI model options (GPT-4o, Claude, Llama, etc.)
  • Custom persona configuration
  • Usage analytics and management dashboard

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must create an account using Google or GitHub authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Free: 30 messages/month, shared ClawBot
  • Basic ($20/month): 500 messages/month, 1 dedicated bot
  • Pro ($49/month): 2,000 messages/month, 2 dedicated bots
  • Max ($200/month): 15,000 messages/month, 5 dedicated bots

Additional token balance top-ups and bot slots are available for purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Use the Service for spam or unsolicited messages
  • Create bots that impersonate real persons without consent

6. Bot Token Security

You are responsible for keeping your bot tokens secure. We encrypt all bot tokens at rest, but you should never share your tokens publicly. If you believe your token has been compromised, regenerate it immediately through the respective platform (Telegram BotFather, Discord Developer Portal, etc.).

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your service will continue until the end of the current billing period. Token top-ups are non-refundable but do not expire.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClawGo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Third-Party Trademarks and Affiliation

ClawGo is an independent service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, or OpenClaw. All third-party names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only for compatibility and identification purposes.
